1. The service
DoubleOK, operated by Mobzon IT Solutions Private Limited, uses artificial intelligence and automated checks to help you understand links, websites, messages, documents, products and offers before you act. Results are guidance only and are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
2. Your decisions
AI can make mistakes, and website and threat records can be incomplete. Always verify important matters through official channels and, where appropriate, a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Acceptable use
- Only submit content you are allowed to share.
- Do not use DoubleOK to harass anyone, to break the law, or to overload or misuse the service.
- Do not create multiple accounts to collect points.
4. Points
Points are a loyalty benefit that can be used only as a discount on DoubleOK plans. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, may expire after 12 months of inactivity, and may be reversed if obtained through misuse. We may change the points rules with notice in the app.
5. Shared results
When you share a result, a public page is created with personal details removed. Anyone with the link can view it until it expires (90 days) or is deleted.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the service and these terms. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee it will always be available.
